On February 9, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) said that the Kieu Phu Commune Enforcement Board had worked with a household violating construction order on public land.
According to Decision No. 166/QD-CCXP, dated May 26, 2025 of the People's Committee of Can Huu commune (old) on the enforcement of coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures against Mr. T.V. V, Dinh Tu village for violating illegal construction on public land in Minh Khai area, Dinh Tu village, Kieu Phu commune; the violating project arbitrarily erected an iron frame house, corrugated iron roof, with an area of 65m2, at land plot No. 03, map sheet No. 28, area of 214.3m2.
According to the Kieu Phu commune government, at the working session, representatives of Mr. T.V. V's household committed to dismantling all violating works, ensuring compliance with the requirements of Decision No. 166/QD-CCXP, dated May 26, 2025 of the Can Huu (old) Commune People's Committee.
At the end of the working session, the Economic Department made a record and directed professional staff to directly go down to the field to report to the Commune Enforcement Committee according to regulations. The inspection results showed that Mr. T.V. V's household had not dismantled the violating construction.
According to the plan, the Kieu Phu Commune Enforcement Board will launch a campaign to implement mandatory enforcement measures according to Decision 166, dated May 26, 2025 on February 12, 2026, and at the same time continue to propagate to households to comply with dismantling measures from now until the Decision is implemented.
