Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to establish Do Luong 2 Industrial Cluster in Bac Tien Hung commune. According to the decision, Do Luong 2 Industrial Cluster has a scale of about 66.37 ha, built in Bac Tien Hung commune.
The land area is bordered to the North by cultivated land and the corridor of the Thai Binh - Ha Nam road; to the East and South by cultivated land, the corridor of the Yen Long River; to the West by cultivated land.
This is a multi-sector industrial cluster, prioritizing attracting the fields of processing and manufacturing industry; mechanics; electricity, electronics; agricultural - forestry - fishery processing; production of high-tech products such as electronics, telecommunications, semiconductor chips, optics, software, digital technology; production of medical equipment and supplies; pharmaceuticals; household appliances; products from virgin plastic; supporting industries; building factories for rent to serve industrial production and industrial production support services.
The investor of technical infrastructure construction is Do Luong 2 Industrial Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Tran Hung Dao ward, Hung Yen province.
The project has a total estimated investment of about 922.7 billion VND. According to the plan, in the first 5 months from the date the establishment decision takes effect, the investor will develop and approve a detailed construction plan at a scale of 1/500. From the 6th to the 8th month, the investment project will be developed and approved; from the 9th to the 20th month, compensation, site clearance and land allocation and lease will be implemented.
The phase from month 21 to month 32 will construct and complete the technical infrastructure system. After that, the industrial cluster will be put into management, operation and exploitation.
Do Luong 2 Industrial Cluster has a term of operation of 50 years from the date decided to be established by the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee.
