On July 9, Cam Giang Commune People's Committee, Hai Phong City organized the enforcement of the decision to compulsorily count 5 households in Dong Giao village to serve the site clearance for the Luong Dien Industrial and Commercial Service Cluster Construction Investment Project.
These are the remaining 5 households out of a total of 26 households in the Enterprise 416 Lake area, Dong Giao village, within the land acquisition area for the project.
According to Cam Giang Commune People's Committee, before organizing coercion, functional agencies have repeatedly propagated, mobilized, and had direct dialogues with households to explain the State's policies on land acquisition, compensation, support and create conditions for households to coordinate in carrying out inventory work.
However, the households still did not comply with the mandatory inventory decision, so the Commune People's Committee organized coercion in accordance with the law.

At the coercion ceremony, the Coercion Committee announced the decisions on coercive mandatory inventory for each household. During the implementation process, functional forces coordinated to implement according to the approved plan, ensuring security and order, safety for people and participating forces.
The measurement and inventory of assets on land are carried out objectively and accurately, serving as a basis for developing compensation, support and site clearance plans according to regulations.
The investment project to build Luong Dien Industrial and Commercial Service Cluster is expected to contribute to attracting investment, creating jobs, promoting industrial, commercial, service development and completing local infrastructure.
According to Cam Giang Commune People's Committee, the enforcement of the mandatory inventory decision is to ensure the strictness of the law, and at the same time meet the project implementation progress. In the coming time, the locality will continue to propagate and mobilize people to agree and soon complete site clearance work.
