Area 6 Judgment Enforcement Agency coordinated with Do Son Ward People's Committee, professional departments, Do Son Border Guard Station, Ward Police, Area 6 Procuracy, local mass organizations and Quyet Tien Residential Group to organize coercion against the case of the household of Ms. H.T. H and Mr. V.X. S (residing in Le Chan ward, Hai Phong) and related rights and obligations at Thinh Phat Guesthouse.
This is one of the cases subject to site clearance in area 203 of Do Son Tourist Area. The coercion is carried out in coordination with functional agencies and units according to regulations, ensuring security and order during the implementation process.
Up to now, 23/27 cases have completed site clearance. Among them, there are 2 cases that must be organized for coercion; 22 cases have agreed to comply and hand over the site after the propaganda and mobilization process.
Currently, there are still 3 cases that have not complied with site handover. Do Son Ward People's Committee continues to coordinate with Area 6 Judgment Enforcement Agency and relevant agencies and units to propagate, mobilize, explain, and guide cases to carry out site handover according to regulations, contributing to accelerating the progress of site clearance, urban embellishment and building a civilized and modern Do Son.
