On April 20, Hue City Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-Department said that it will organize judgment enforcement at No. 16 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Thuan Hoa ward, Hue City for 3 days, from April 21 to 23.
The coercion is to enforce Judgment No. 02/2022/KDTM-ST of the People's Court of Thua Thien Hue province and Judgment No. 25/2022/KDTM-PT of the High People's Court in Da Nang against Doanh Ngan Co., Ltd.
According to the content of the judgment, Doanh Ngan Co., Ltd. must pay Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade more than 178 billion VND along with interest arising according to regulations.
Because the enterprise did not voluntarily enforce the judgment, the functional agency handled the collateral being land use rights and assets attached to land at No. 16 Nguyen Thai Hoc - Romance Hotel project.
This asset was publicly and successfully auctioned on November 7, 2024 for more than 103.61 billion VND. The winning bidder has completed financial obligations, and the judgment enforcement agency has also issued a decision to hand over the asset.
However, so far, the judgment debtor has not handed over the property, so the Hue City Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-Department has developed a coercion plan according to regulations.
According to functional agencies, this is a complex case, with a large property value, located in the city center, so it may affect security and order. Relevant units are requested to coordinate to ensure that the coercion takes place safely and in accordance with regulations.
