In the afternoon of April 19, Phu Nghia commune (Hanoi) and related units held a meeting to review the progress of site clearance (GPMB) for the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section in the commune.
At the meeting, leaders of the Commune Economic Department reported on the progress of site clearance for the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section in the commune until April 19, 2026; expected week 17 progress (from April 20 - 26, 2026).
Accordingly, in week 15 (from April 13 - 19, 2026), the Commune Economic Department together with the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, the construction unit will continue to implement the following tasks: determining the origin of land for 22 land plots, building 36 draft plans for support, compensation and resettlement; appraising 156 plans, paying agricultural land compensation to 12 households; issuing land receipt notices for 72 land plots; advising the Commune People's Committee to establish a Board for forced inventory; publicly posting 57 Decisions approving plans...
As of April 19, 2026, the Commune People's Committee has issued notices of land recovery with a total of 1,334/1,366 plots, reaching 97.65%; investigation and confirmation of land origin of a total of 1,344 plots, with 22 plots remaining of unknown origin; issued 1,009 support, compensation, and resettlement plans, of which 719 plans have been approved; 682 land plots have been handed over to investors with an area of 24.80ha/29.65ha, and the remaining 4.85ha must be cleared.
At the meeting, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Phu Nghia Commune People's Council Trinh Tien Tuong requested the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Commune Economic Department to coordinate to complete the entire Draft Plan for compensation, support and resettlement as a prerequisite for continuing to propagate and mobilize households and individuals to agree.
Local authorities will coordinate with the investor to remove difficulties and obstacles to accelerate the site clearance progress.
Along with that, the investor and the construction unit mobilize vehicles to divide into many fronts for construction; especially for the dismantling unit, it is necessary to urgently dismantle immediately when people agree to hand over the site.
Request the Economic Department to complete the process and organize coercion of violations of public land in the Dong Phuong Yen market area. The Commune People's Committee directs the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to organize the cleaning of the Dong Son resettlement area...

After the meeting, leaders of Phu Nghia commune and representatives of the investor, construction unit, and dismantling unit went to inspect and review the actual site clearance work on National Highway 6 through the commune from the area adjacent to Xuan Mai commune to the section adjacent to Dong Tru bridge.
In the commune, the majority of households agreed to hand over the site and voluntarily dismantled the project. However, the dismantling and construction progress is still slow.
To ensure the progress of land clearance for the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6 in Phu Nghia commune, the commune leaders requested the Project Management Board to coordinate with construction units to mobilize vehicles to focus on accelerating the progress of site clearance along the route in Doi 2, Doi Che, Yen Kien Doi villages...; review and re-inspect boundary markers in Nghia Hao village area; and at the same time urgently organize the construction of the section from Dong Tru bridge through Nghia Hao, Khe Than villages to Dong Phu Yen Industrial Cluster, the handed-over site must be constructed immediately, not allowing the situation of section breaks to affect the overall progress.
