On May 20, the Phu Quoc special zone government, An Giang province, organized the enforcement of the decision to force the implementation of remedial measures for cases of administrative violations in the field of land in Ong Lang Cua Duong neighborhood.
The cases of coercion include: Ms. N.K.T, residing in Quarter 7 Duong Dong, Phu Quoc Special Zone, with an area of more than 13,000m2 of land; Ms. L.T. D, residing in Rach Gia ward, An Giang province, with an area of more than 14,300m2 of land; Ms. N.T. T. H, permanently residing in Ho Chi Minh City, with an area of more than 9,700m2 of land and Mr. N.V.T, residing in Quarter 9 Duong Dong, Phu Quoc Special Zone, with an area of more than 9,600m2 of land in Ong Lang Cua Duong Quarter.
Determining that this is a complex task, directly related to the security and order situation in the locality, professional departments of An Giang Provincial Police have closely coordinated with Phu Quoc Special Zone Police to develop protection plans, mobilize forces to synchronously deploy working measures to ensure absolute security and safety throughout the coercion process.
From early morning, the police force was present at the scene to deploy teams to perform tasks, organize multi-layered security control, proactively review potential complex factors, and prevent passive and unexpected situations from occurring. Along with that, propaganda and mobilization of households to comply with coercive decisions continued to be carried out persistently, in accordance with legal regulations, contributing to creating consensus among the people and limiting the occurrence of complex situations.
Throughout the process of performing tasks, the Police force has closely coordinated with functional sectors to regulate traffic, protect the scene, and ensure safety for forces participating in coercion as well as people living around the area. Thanks to the thorough preparation, proactiveness and high sense of responsibility of the participating forces, the coercion session took place safely, in accordance with the order and procedures according to the provisions of law, and the security and order situation was maintained stably.
