According to the Decision on enforcement, the measure of enforcement of land recovery will be applied to Ms. D, with an area of 20,116.3m2, the type of land is land for growing perennial crops in Rach Vam Hamlet, Ganh Dau Commune.
Also today, the authorities enforced the land recovery of Mr. T, with an area of 4,550.10m2, which is land for growing perennial crops in Rach Vam hamlet, Ganh Dau commune.
The land of the two households above is reclaimed to implement the Rach Vam Garden Eco-tourism Project in Rach Vam Hamlet.
Also on June 11, the authorities also carried out enforcement against a household in Rach Ham Ham Hamlet, Ham Ninh Commune and a household in Suoi Da Hamlet, Duong To Commune.
According to the Enforcement Decision, the consequences of administrative violations that need to be remedied are the area of 8,397.2m2 of land in Group 6, Suoi Lon Hamlet, Duong To Commune. In which, Mr. D.T.T (born in 1973, residing in Duong To commune) was forced to restore the original state of the land before the violation (including the restoration of the boundary and boundary markers of the land plot) with an area of 6,702m2 occupied in Group 6, Suoi Lon hamlet, Duong To commune to the People's Committee of Phu Quoc city for management. Forcing Mr. D.T.T to return more than 221 million VND was an illegal profit obtained from committing the violation.
Mr. D.T.T had to relocate the cashew planting in violation of regulations and restore the original state that had been changed due to administrative violations with an area of 1,170.6m2. According to the People's Committee of Phu Quoc City, this land area is managed by the People's Committee of Phu Quoc City according to the Decision of the People's Committee of Kien Giang Province on the assignment of management, exploitation and maintenance of routes in the area. The land was used and exploited by Mr. D.T.T within the road land area in cases of temporary use and exploitation on road safety corridor land for agricultural purposes, affecting road works and traffic safety.
In addition, Mr. D.T.T was forced to demolish the illegal construction and restore the original state that had been changed due to administrative violations with an area of 524.6m2. This land area is managed by the People's Committee of Phu Quoc City according to the Decision of the People's Committee of Kien Giang Province on the assignment of management, exploitation and maintenance of routes in the area. Mr. D.T.T used and exploited within the land area for roads in cases of illegal construction of other works within the land area for roads.
For Mr. N.T.T's household (born in 1977, residing in Ham Ninh commune), it is necessary to take remedial measures for administrative violations in the land sector.
The area that needs to be remedied is 1,784m2 of agricultural land, which is perennial land in rural areas, the land location in Group 6, Suoi Lon Hamlet, Duong To Commune, managed by the People's Committee of Phu Quoc City according to the Decision of the People's Committee of Kien Giang Province on land recovery and land allocation to management, which has been occupied by Mr. N.T.T.
