On September 8, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Area 10 - Hanoi City coordinated with Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee and functional agencies and units to organize judgment enforcement coercion, transferring land use rights and assets attached to land to successful auction winners in accordance with the law.
The enforcement was carried out according to Plan No. 16783/KH-THADS dated August 26 of Hanoi City Civil Judgment Enforcement for Mr. D. H. D and Ms. N.T. T. A, located in Ngoc Than village, Ngoc My commune, Quoc Oai district (now Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi city).
The assets handed over include all land use rights and assets attached to land at land plot No. 46, map sheet of Goc Gao field, Ngoc Than village, according to Land Use Right Certificate No. AH 239774 issued by Quoc Oai District People's Committee on January 22, 2008.
At the working session, Ms. Do Thi Dung, Secretary of Civil Judgment Enforcement Department Area 10, announced the decision to enforce judgment enforcement and related documents.
After completing the procedures according to regulations, functional forces will conduct inventory, dismantle, relocate assets and organize the handover of the current status of land use rights and assets attached to land to the winning auction buyer.
Based on the provisions of law, the Enforcement Board has carried out the steps according to the correct order and procedures. Under the supervision of the People's Procuracy and the coordination of functional forces, assets and belongings in the house were inventoried, recorded, and moved out of the enforcement area for preservation according to regulations.
After completing the asset relocation, the judgment enforcement force handed over the land use rights and all assets attached to the land to the winning bidder in accordance with the content of the judgment, decision of the Court and the judgment enforcement decisions issued. Thanks to the close and synchronous coordination between the judgment enforcement agency, local authorities and functional forces, the entire coercion process was carried out safely, in the correct order, and in accordance with the law.
The enforcement results contribute to ensuring the strictness of the law, improving the effectiveness of civil judgment enforcement, and at the same time affirming the responsibility of coordination of agencies and units in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of relevant parties, maintaining political security and social order and safety in Kieu Phu commune.
