On September 7, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Chairman of Nam Nha Trang Ward People's Committee said that the locality will organize land recovery coercion in 4 days for a total of 14 cases, with an area of nearly 13.9ha to implement the Nha Trang City Mixed-Use Urban Area Project.
Today, Nam Nha Trang ward organized land recovery enforcement for 4 cases of land use to implement the Nha Trang City Mixed-Use Urban Area Project.

Accordingly, functional forces carried out land recovery coercion for 4 cases, with a total area equivalent to nearly 5ha.
Previously, the Nam Nha Trang Ward People's Committee government had repeatedly mobilized and persuaded the above cases to hand over land to implement the Nha Trang City Mixed-Use Urban Area Project, but the households did not comply.
However, at the enforcement session, representatives of land users were present, listened to the announcement of the land recovery enforcement decision and coordinated to hand over the site.
To serve the coercion, functional forces mobilized many vehicles and equipment such as specialized trucks, excavators, ambulances and surveillance camera systems.
The coercion work is carried out according to the approved plan, ensuring security, order and safety for people and vehicles.
