On September 4, Kim Anh Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) mobilized forces and machinery, starting to enforce the demolition of a number of villas and homestays violating regulations in the protection forest area in the commune.
According to Kim Anh Commune People's Committee, in this phase, there are 4 cases of large-scale violations being handled.
The first case is Mr. N.V.T., owner of the SOLARA Dong Do project. The violating project has a total area of 475m2, including a 2-story house with 1 attic, a 1-story house, a level 4 house, a swimming pool, an iron gate system, a brick yard and fences.
At the scene, representatives of Kim Anh Commune People's Committee announced the enforcement decision for the SOLARA Dong Do project.
According to the decision, Mr. T. must remedy the act of converting protection forest land to non-agricultural land that is not residential land without permission from competent authorities, affecting the state management order of land.
Before being coerced, the owner of this project had mobilized excavators to demolish, recover materials and move assets.
Therefore, the remaining items of the project continue to be demolished by the Kim Anh Commune People's Committee mobilizing machinery.
The second case is Ms. P.T. T. B., owner of Huy Hoang homestay. Here, there are iron frame buildings combined with concrete floors, brick walls and wood trim; including a swimming pool of 187.2m2 and a concrete yard of 206.2m2.
The third case is the project of Mr. N.T. D., violating on a total area of 160.5m2, including 3 clusters of iron frame structures, tarpaulin roofs from 3.5m - 4.5m high.
The fourth case is that Mr. N.V.H. has a construction violating an area of 154m2, the foundation structure is brick-lined, connected by cement sand mortar, 3m high compared to the natural soil foundation.
Kim Anh Commune People's Committee mobilized police forces, specialized departments, health, electricity, representatives of socio-political organizations and Thai Vu village to participate; and at the same time arranged vehicles to dismantle and transport waste, ensuring security, order and safety during the coercion process.
