The Duong Kinh Ward Land Recovery Enforcement Board organizes the enforcement of land recovery for 7 households and individuals within the scope of the Urban Embellishment Project in Hai Phong residential area. The enforcement is carried out according to the Land Recovery Enforcement Decisions of the Chairman of Duong Kinh Ward People's Committee and the Enforcement Plan approved in Decision No. 622/QD-UBND dated June 5, 2026. Households and individuals whose land is recovered have been repeatedly propagated, mobilized, dialogued, explained compensation and support policies and created conditions for voluntary handover of land but have not complied with regulations.
At the coercion session, the ward's land recovery coercion board announced coercion decisions, deployed forces and vehicles in accordance with the approved plan; and at the same time ensured security and order, safety for people and participating forces. The implementation process was carried out publicly, objectively, in accordance with the order and procedures of law.
The organization of coercion is to ensure the progress of site clearance, create a clean land fund to implement the urban embellishment project in Hai Phong residential area, contributing to completing technical infrastructure, urban embellishment and promoting socio-economic development in Duong Kinh ward.
After completing the coercion work, the recovered land area will be managed and handed over according to regulations to serve the project implementation.
