From June 15, Le Chan Ward People's Committee (Hai Phong) will proceed to handle violations of parking and stopping cars not in accordance with regulations on 8 streets, specifically: Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2, Hai Ba Trung, To Hieu, Nguyen Duc Canh, Me Linh, Cat Cut, Cau Dat, Lach Tray.
The ward will use images and data from professional technical equipment and other legal information sources, including images provided by people, to detect, verify and handle violations of traffic safety and order, sidewalk encroachment, roadway encroachment, and sidewalk order according to the provisions of law. Cases of intentional violation or recurrence will be considered for strict handling.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Pham Van Tan - Chairman of Le Chan Ward People's Committee emphasized that restoring sidewalk order and ensuring traffic safety is a key and urgent task to build urban civilization. The Ward Chairman requested functional forces and Ward Police to closely coordinate with residential groups to continue to strengthen propaganda and remind people, businesses, business stores, and small traders to voluntarily comply.
Agencies and units continue to improve their sense of responsibility, proactively coordinate to effectively implement the work of ensuring traffic safety and order, urban order; drastically implement the handling of violations in the form of "cold fines". For cases of intentional violations and re-encroachment after being reminded, the force resolutely handles them strictly, administratively fines and temporarily seize exhibits in accordance with the law, without forbidden zones.
