The Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board in coordination with the Property Auction Service Center organized an auction session for land use rights of 29 residential land plots under the auction project of alley 63 Tran Tat Van with an area of 65.5-75m2. The land plots are invested in synchronous technical infrastructure, located in a convenient location, meeting the housing and investment needs of people. The total land area is 2,165.2m2, the starting price is 18 million VND/m2.
As a result, all 29 land plots were successfully auctioned. The total winning bid amount reached over 99 billion 741 million VND, 60 billion 767 million VND higher than the total starting price. The winning bid price of the land plots all exceeded the mark of 40 million VND/m2. Among them, the land plot with the highest winning price reached 52.9 million VND/m2.
The land use right auction project in alley 63 Tran Tat Van street contributes to effectively exploiting the land fund, creating resources to invest in infrastructure construction, urban embellishment and promoting socio-economic development in Phu Lien ward in the coming time.
