The land recovery enforcement board of An Thi commune, Hung Yen province has just organized the enforcement of the land recovery decision to clear the ground for the project of building technical infrastructure for the resettlement area serving the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road project (intersection DT. 387) and auctioning land use rights for people to build houses for Mr. Dang Dinh Hoa's household and Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan's household in Ngoc Nhue village.
Accordingly, Mr. Dang Dinh Hoa's household is named for land plot No. 163, map sheet No. 5, with an area of more than 1,400m2; Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan's household is named for land plot No. 167, map sheet No. 5, with an area of 6.5m2.
Over the past time, local Party committees and authorities, along with departments and mass organizations, have repeatedly propagated and mobilized households to comply with the policy of land acquisition, receive compensation and support, and hand over land to construction units, but households still do not comply with regulations.

After announcing the decisions on coercive land recovery and announcing the organization of coercion, the participating forces deployed tasks in accordance with procedures, ensuring safety and in accordance with the law. The coercion process took place seriously, and security and order were maintained.
The coercion is to ensure the progress of the project to build technical infrastructure for the resettlement area serving the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road project (intersection with DT. 387) and auction land use rights for people to build houses, contributing to completing the technical infrastructure system and promoting local socio-economic development.

At the conference, delegates were approved the enforcement plan, the implementation plan and specific task assignments for each participating force, ensuring that the enforcement process takes place in accordance with the law, safely, strictly and effectively.
