On May 16, Van Dinh Commune People's Committee, Hanoi, said that the local government had just organized the enforcement of land recovery for Mr. D.N. T and Ms. N.T. T's households in Thanh Am village, to serve the project of building a resettlement area and new residential land in the area.
According to the decision, the area subject to coercive recovery is 95.8m2 at land plot No. 3, map sheet No. 01, belonging to the Dong Gom area, Thanh Am residential group, Van Dinh town before.
The decision clearly states that the land acquisition is to implement the project of building a resettlement area, new residential land and resettlement in Van Dinh commune. Previously, functional agencies have repeatedly propagated, mobilized, dialogued and fully implemented the steps according to the provisions of law on compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land.
The coercion session was deployed with the participation of functional forces, ensuring security and order, safety and in accordance with legal regulations. The implementation process took place seriously, publicly, and transparently. At the scene, the Commune People's Committee and the Coercion Board made a record in accordance with the prescribed order.
Immediately after completing the coercion procedures according to regulations, the Coercion Board proceeded to hand over the site to the construction unit to take over and deploy the next items of the project.
