On March 5, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued a decision to amend and supplement four decisions related to the results of selecting investors to implement four complex urban area projects in Cam Lam district.
These four projects include: Cam Hoa Complex Urban Area, Cam Thuong Complex Urban Area, Suoi Tan Complex Urban Area and Cam Tan Complex Urban Area.
Cam Hoa complex urban area has an area of nearly 300 hectares, a population of about 4,410 people, and a total investment of more than 5,240 billion VND. The project was implemented in Cam Tan and Cam Hoa communes, with Cam Hoa Complex Investment Joint Stock Company (koordinated with Coi Moi - An Hung - Ngoc Quy and TCO) winning the bid.
Cam Thuong Complex Urban Area has an area of nearly 300 hectares, a population of about 4,010 people, and a total investment of nearly 6,000 billion VND. The project is implemented in Cam Tan and Suoi Tan communes, with the winning investor being Cam Thuong Complex Investment Joint Stock Company (consolidated Phat Dat - Hoang Hiep - Diac Xanh and TCO).
Suoi Tan Complex Urban Area has an area of nearly 240 hectares, a population of about 4,020 people, and a total investment of more than 5,100 billion VND. The project is located in Suoi Tan commune, won by Suoi Tan Complex Investment Joint Stock Company (merged with Truong Loc - Huy Hoang - Newland and TCO).
The Cam Tan Complex Urban Area Project has a scale of over 290 hectares, a population of about 4,020 people, and a total investment of over VND 5,730 billion. The project is located in Cam Tan and Suoi Tan communes, won by Cam Tan Complex Joint Stock Company (combined of Phuong Nam - Thanh Binh - Long Hai and TCO Stars).
According to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, these projects will be implemented within six years from the date the investor is allocated land, leased land, or changes the land use purpose. It is expected that this process will start from the first quarter of 2025 and be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2030. The operation period of all four projects is 50 years.
