Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has issued an Investment Promotion Program in 2025, focusing on implementing investor selection procedures for 5 large-scale urban area projects.
These projects will be invited to bid on the National Bidding Network System.
The list of 5 projects includes Nha Trang City Mixed-use Urban Area with a total estimated investment of VND 17.3 trillion. The remaining 4 projects are Cam Tam Complex Urban Area (capital 5.7 trillion VND); Suoi Tan Complex Urban Area (capital 5.1 trillion VND; Cam Thuong Complex Urban Area (capital 5.7 trillion VND); Cam Hoa Complex Urban Area (capital 5.241 trillion VND).
In addition to large-scale urban projects, in January 2025, Khanh Hoa province also issued new business registration certificates to 111 enterprises.
However, this figure decreased by 22.9% compared to the same period last year, the total registered capital reached about 485.2 billion VND, down 66.3%. Meanwhile, the number of dissolved enterprises was 52, down 30.6% over the same period last year.
Regarding public investment disbursement, Khanh Hoa is focusing on disbursing the public investment plan for 2024 and implementing the plan for 2025.
By the end of January 2025, the province has disbursed 83.2% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister and 95.4% of the capital plan actually assigned by the Provincial People's Committee.
