On June 12, the Department of Agriculture and Environment (DONRE) of Da Nang City officially announced the invitation to units to participate in the consulting package on land price determination to determine financial obligations due to adjustment of detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 of Hoa Cam Industrial Park.
The package includes determining land prices for the expansion of Hoa Cam Industrial Park, located in Hoa Tho Tay ward, Cam Le district, at the time the City People's Committee issued a decision on land allocation and land lease. The announced package value is VND 95,507,191 (including VAT and related costs), with capital from resource career. The form of contractor selection is to reduce the bidding period, the package implementation period is 30 days.
Previously, in April, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued a decision to revoke and cancel Decision No. 1802/QD-UBND dated April 4, 2017 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City on approving the investment policy of the Hoa Cam Industrial Park project (phase 1) - Expansion part of 13.1ha.
The reason for the revocation is that the initial decision did not ensure the licensing authority, errors in the procedures for project adjustment according to legal regulations, was not in accordance with the overall planning for the development of the city's industrial park and did not ensure the project's operating period.
Therefore, Hoa Cam Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company must submit the original Decision 1802/QD-UBND and complete related legal procedures. The People's Committee of Da Nang City also assigned the Department of Finance, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Department of Construction, the Management Board of the High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks and related agencies to carry out necessary work after the revocation, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
