According to the City Housing Development Plan for the 2021-2025 period, the average housing area by 2025 is expected to reach about 30.0 m2 of floor space per person; of which, urban areas will reach about 30.4 m2 of floor space per person, rural areas will reach about 27.2 m2 of floor space per person. The minimum housing floor area by 2025 is expected to reach 15-20 m2 of floor space per person. By 2025, the rate of solid housing is expected to reach over 70%; of which, urban areas will reach 80-90%, rural areas will reach about 50-60%; do not allow the emergence of simple housing, especially in urban areas.
For the development plan of each type of social housing in the period of 2021-2025, it is expected to invest in the construction of at least 25 projects, 11,569 apartments with 890,142 m2 of housing floor; it is expected to complete 7,097 apartments with 507,681 m2 of housing floor, of which 148,104 m2 of housing floor is for rent.
During the implementation process, Da Nang will review, adjust and supplement projects to provide housing funds for the 2021-2025 period and the 2026-2030 period.
Recently, on February 4, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City announced the list of land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in Da Nang City in 2024-2025. In particular, the Department of Construction of Da Nang has publicly announced 5 land plots for bidding for investment projects to build social housing.
Specifically, Land plot A2-4, Ngu Hanh Son street and the road leading to Tien Son bridge (My An ward, Ngu Hanh Son district) has an area of 0.71 ha. The current land plot of Hoa Minh apartment complex (Thanh Khe Tay ward, Thanh Khe district) has an area of 0.82 ha. Land plot A1-7, Chu Huy Man street (Nai Hien Dong ward, Son Tra district) has an area of 0.48 ha.
Land lot B3 belongs to Area E (phase 1) - Residential area Nam Cau Cam Le (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district) with an area of 1.06 ha. Land lot No. 10 Trinh Cong Son (Hoa Cuong Nam ward, Hai Chau district), an area of 0.57 ha.
