Partnered Auction Company Partnered Auction Company LTA has just issued Notice No. 06/TB-ĐG on the auction of land use rights for 29 residential land plots in Phu Khe commune.
These are land plots belonging to two planned areas including Khe Rang area and Goc Choi Dong Ray area, organized for public auction.


According to the announcement, the auctioned assets are residential land use rights at planned locations, with a total of 29 land plots.
In which, Khe Rang area has 15 land plots, each plot has an area of 125 m2 with a starting price of 3,000,000 VND/m2, equivalent to about 375 million VND for each land plot.
Goc Choi Dong Ray area includes 14 land plots with more diverse areas, from 150 m2 to 313.5 m2, with a starting price of 5,400,000 VND/m2, corresponding to a starting value of each plot ranging from about 810 million VND to more than 1.69 billion VND.
Notably, the starting price mentioned above does not include taxes, fees and charges related to the transfer of land use rights and registration of changes according to current legal regulations.
Auction participants will fulfill financial obligations in accordance with regulations after winning the auction.
The auction form applied is indirect voting, with the method of raising bids.
The price announcement session is expected to be held at 08:00 on July 3, 2026 at the People's Committee hall of Phu Khe commune, Lien Minh area.
Auction activities are carried out publicly to ensure transparency, competitiveness and compliance with legal regulations.
According to the plan, the on-site asset viewing time is organized from June 23 to June 25, 2026 during office hours.
Participants in need can contact the auction organizing unit in advance for guidance or self-study according to the provided planning documents and diagrams.
The sale and receipt of registration dossiers for auction participation will be carried out from June 17, 2026 to June 30, 2026 at the headquarters of LTA Joint Venture Auction Company and at the People's Committee of Phu Khe commune.
Dossiers can be submitted directly or sent by post in the form of a guaranteed letter, provided that they arrive at the receiving unit before 5:00 PM on June 30, 2026.
