The land plots put up for auction belong to OLK-07 area, Tan Thang village resettlement area, Cat Tien commune, Gia Lai province.
The entire land area has completed technical infrastructure, identified the purpose of use as long-term residential land, and allocated land with land use fees through auction.
The determination of location, area, starting price and price step of each land plot is specified in detail in the table attached to the auction dossier.
The auction was organized under a service contract between Dong Duong Joint Venture Auction Company and Gia Lai Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
According to regulations, auction participants can view assets at the headquarters of the organizing unit or directly at the land area in Cat Tien commune.
The deposit period lasts from 8:00 AM on June 15, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 1, 2026 (the money must be recorded on the account on time). Auction registration documents are also received during the same period.
The auction session is organized according to the upward bidding method, combining indirect voting and direct voting at the auction session. The winning bidder is the highest bidder according to regulations.
The official auction is scheduled to take place on July 5, 2026 at the Cat Tien Commune Party Committee Hall.
Auction participants must be individuals who meet the conditions according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, have full civil act capacity, and not belong to cases prohibited from participating in auctions such as people with interest relations, people directly related to auction organizations or cases of violation of regulations.
Valid dossiers include registration forms, citizen identification cards, deposit documents and dossier purchase fees.
