Tien Lang Commune People's Committee coordinates with the Property Auction Service Center under the City Department of Justice to organize a land use right auction for 100 land plots belonging to the Tien Thanh Resettlement Area Infrastructure Investment Project, Tien Lang commune.
The auction was organized publicly, transparently, in accordance with the law on property auctions, attracting a large number of organizations and individuals to participate. The land plots put up for auction have all been invested in completing technical infrastructure systems, have convenient locations, and meet the housing construction needs according to the approved plan.
At the auction session, auctioneers fully disseminated the regulations, order, and procedures of the auction; rights and obligations of participants, ensuring that the auction process took place seriously, objectively, fairly and in accordance with the law.
The results of the auction show the great interest of the people in the land fund at Tien Thanh resettlement area. The lowest winning bid price reached 1,336.568 billion VND/plot, while the highest winning bid price reached 4.001 billion VND/plot.
The organization of land use right auctions contributes to effectively exploiting the land fund in the area, increasing revenue for the local budget, and at the same time meeting the housing needs of the people, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development, and building Tien Lang commune to become increasingly developed in the coming time.
