At the Tran Hai village cultural house, Nguyen Binh Khiem Commune People's Committee coordinated with the investor and Tran Hai village facilities to organize the payment of compensation and site clearance support for 100 households (phase 1) to implement the Tran Duong - Hoa Binh Industrial Park Project (Zone B). The total amount paid this time is more than 73 billion VND. The payment work is organized publicly by the locality, in the correct order and procedures to ensure the rights of the people.
Tran Duong - Hoa Binh Industrial Park Project (Zone B) phase 1 has a scale of 229.47 ha, using more than 173 ha of rice land, with a total investment of more than 3,265 billion VND, of which the investor contributed 520 billion VND, the rest is mobilized capital. It is expected that by June 22-23, the Commune People's Committee will continue to pay compensation and site clearance support money to the remaining households and individuals of Tran Hai and Ngai Dong villages with agricultural land located within the boundary of recovery that have issued Decisions approving compensation and site clearance support plans. At the same time, directing specialized sectors to focus on completing compensation and site clearance support plans for the next phases to implement compensation costs for people as soon as possible.
