Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 21 residential land plots in Thanh Ha area, Chi Tien commune, Phu Tho province.
The starting price of land plots is from 11-13 million VND/m2, with a total starting value of more than 26.8 billion VND.
According to the notice issued on July 10, the auction was carried out under a property auction service contract between the Chi Tien Commune Economic Department and Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company.
Land plots with areas from 100-135.5m2. Among them, the group of land plots with an area of 100m2 has a starting price of 13 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.3 billion VND/plot.
Two plots with an area of 135.5m2 have a starting price of more than 1.76 billion VND/plot; some other 100m2 plots have a starting price of 11 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.1 billion VND/plot.
Auction participants purchase dossiers with a fee of 200,000 VND/bottle. Deposit from 250-400 million VND/bottle, depending on the value of assets. The uniformly applied price step is 500,000 VND/m2.
The auction session is organized in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids.
Registration documents and bidding slips must be sent by post to Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company before 5:00 PM on July 28, 2026.
The field view of the land plots takes place from July 14-16. Dossiers are issued from July 13 to the end of July 28 at the headquarters of Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company and Chi Tien Commune Economic Department.
The deposit must be transferred to the account of Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company and confirmed by the bank before 5:00 PM on July 28. Each land plot must pay the deposit with a separate voucher, and the money must not be combined or separated between many plots.
The price announcement is expected to take place at 8:00 AM on July 31st at the Chi Tien Commune Party Committee Hall.
Participants need to bring original personal papers and deposit documents to complete the procedures before the auction takes place.
