LTA Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to lease the Operating House in Ba Thien Industrial Park, Phu Tho province. The price announcement session is expected to take place on July 24 in the form of indirect voting, the method of bidding up.
According to the announcement, the auctioned asset is the right to lease the Operating House belonging to the Phu Tho Provincial Industrial Park Infrastructure and Service Development Center.
The lease term is 5 years, the purpose of use is to make offices, transaction locations and provide services to businesses and workers in industrial parks.
The starting price is determined to be 897 million VND/year (excluding value-added tax), price step of 1 million VND. Auction participants must deposit 224.4 million VND and purchase dossiers with a fee of 200,000 VND.
The time to sell and receive applications is from July 8 to the end of July 21. People who need to see assets from July 14-16, 2026 during office hours.
The price announcement session was held at the headquarters of LTA Joint Venture Auction Company.
According to regulations, the auction winner must use the asset for the right purpose as an office, transaction location or service provider for businesses and employees in Ba Thien Industrial Park.
It is not allowed to be used for accommodation, production or to carry out activities that cause environmental pollution, affect security and order.
