The upcoming auction lots have relatively nice locations. Both areas have a direct view of Ring Road 4 and are located right next to the lake. Lot LK05 is next to the football field. Lot LK06 is located next to the social housing project.

According to the announcement from Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company, the deadline for receiving registration documents to participate in the auction is November 8. The auction format is still direct voting in many rounds, at least 6 rounds. The common price step applied in all rounds is 6 million VND/m2.

Mr. Nguyen Van Minh (Hoai Duc, Hanoi) said that in recent auctions, the prices of land lots were pushed up too high. In the previous auction in Hoai Duc (November 4), he participated in the second round and had to leave the floor because the prices were pushed up too high.

Mr. Minh said that the auction participants are mainly experienced land brokers, while not many people participate in the auction for residential purposes. Today, he participated in the auction of 2 residential plots, he hopes that the price will not be pushed up too high.

Ms. Tran Thi Mui (Hanoi) said that today's auction price is expected to be equal to or exceed the previous auction on November 4.

"Although the number of participants is less than the previous auction, as far as I know, today there are many groups of land brokers participating in the auction, so it is predicted that the price will continue to be pushed up, possibly exceeding 100 million VND/m2," said Ms. Mui.

Talking to reporters, Ms. M.T (Hanoi) said that her group had nearly 10 participants participating in today's session. In addition, her group also divided into groups to attend the land auction in Ung Hoa district (Hanoi) also today.

Previously, on November 4, the auction of 20 plots of land in Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) recorded the lot with the highest winning bid of 103.3 million VND/m2, 14.1 times higher than the starting price, equivalent to a total value of about 15 billion VND. The lowest lot had a price of 85.3 million VND/m2, 11.6 times higher than the starting price.

Compared to the auction of 19 plots of land on August 19 with the highest winning price of over 133 million VND/m2, the auction results on November 4 have "cooled down" in both price and number of participants. However, this price is still higher than the common price level.
