Implementing the policy of effectively exploiting the land fund, creating resources for investment in infrastructure construction, Kien Minh Commune People's Committee organized an auction of land use rights for 44 land plots belonging to the Project to invest in building technical infrastructure for residential areas to allocate land to citizens for housing (formerly belonging to Dong Phuong commune, Kien Thuy district).
The auction is organized publicly, transparently, in accordance with legal regulations, contributing to meeting the housing needs of the people, while creating revenue for the local budget to serve socio-economic development in the area.
Previously, Kien Minh commune also issued a notice about the auction of 44 land plots above, with a residential land area of 5,301.5 m2. The auctioned land area has been invested in building leveling works, traffic roads, synchronous electricity systems... ensuring technical infrastructure connection.
The land plot is conveniently located for convenient transportation when it is about 400m from road 363, about 1 km from road 353, about 5 km from the eastern center of Hai Phong city. In particular, the land plot is located right next to the new residential area of Duong Kinh - Kien Thuy (now Kien Minh commune), about 600m north of the administrative center of Duong Kinh ward... Regarding planning, the land plot is adjacent to the new urban area of Duong Kinh - Kien Minh to the South. Therefore, this land plot has great development potential in terms of both trade - services and economy.
Kien Minh commune has organized the auction of each lot to allocate land with land use fees in the form of indirect voting. Starting price from 16,420,000 VND/m2 to 16,580,000 VND/m2. Total starting value is 87,067,510,000 VND.
