The total area of land plots is 1,833.8 m2, the area of each plot ranges from 69.2 m2 to 117.1 m2. The starting price of land plots ranges from 11,822,000 VND/m2 to 18,455,200 VND/m2. The auction form is direct voting in many rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, according to the up-price method.
For land plots with symbols A-02, A-04, A-05, the price step at the first round is 120 million VND/m2, from the second round onwards is 2 million VND/m2. For land plots with symbols A-07, A-08, A-09, A-10, A-11, A-12, A-13, A-14, A-15, A-16, A-17, A-18, A-19, A-20, A-23, A-24, A-25, A-26, A-27, the price step at the first round is 50 million VND/m2, from the second round onwards is 2 million VND/m2.
The time to sell bid invitation documents is from 8:00 AM on January 23, 2026 to 5:00 PM on February 4, 2026, at the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Tay Phuong commune or Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National.
The auction session will be held at 8:00 AM on February 8, 2026 (Sunday) at the Hall of Huong Ngai Cultural Center, Tay Phuong commune.
Also on February 8, Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National continued to organize auctions of residential land use rights for 20 land plots in Ma Co area (X2 area) and 2 land plots in Dong Nga area (phase 3), Tay Phuong commune, Hanoi City.
Land plots with areas from 68.55m2 to 150m2, starting price of 10,839,000 VND/m2. The form and method of auction are similar to the morning session, which is direct voting in many rounds, up to 2 rounds, according to the up-price method.
The time to sell dossiers for these land plots is also from 8:00 AM on January 23, 2026 to 5:00 PM on February 4, 2026. The auction is expected to take place at 2:00 PM on February 8, 2026 (Sunday) at the Hall of Huong Ngai Cultural Center, Tay Phuong commune.
