Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 5,731m2 of residential land, divided into 57 lots at the new residential area of Dot Tren village (Ao Bo area), Hop Tien commune, Hai Phong city.
The plots of land have an area of 90 - 169m2, with starting prices of two levels: 5,008,000 VND/m2 and 7,997,000 VND/m2, equivalent to more than 450 million VND to more than 1.1 billion VND per plot.
The time for selling and receiving registration documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on October 27, 2025 to 4:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025 (during office hours). People can register directly at Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company - Hai Phong Branch or at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Hop Tien commune. Each customer is allowed to register to participate in all 57 plots, but can only submit one application for each plot of land.
The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on November 15, 2025, at the hall of the People's Committee of Hop Tien commune, Hai Phong city.
The auction is a direct secret ballot in two rounds, according to the method of bidding up. At location 1, there are 14 plots of land, the first round has a price step of VND9,000,000/m2/pray step, the second round has a price step of VND100,000/m2; at location 2, there are 43 plots of land, the first round has a price step of VND7,000,000/m2/pray step and the second round is similar to VND100,000/m2.
Participants will bid for 1m2 of land use rights for each lot through two mandatory rounds. The auction winner is the person with a valid bid, the highest in the second round. In case there are two people bidding the highest price, the auctioneer will organize a further auction between these people to choose the winner. If no one competes again, the selection will be conducted in the form of a draw.
The auction results were publicly announced immediately after the end of the session, with a record and witnessed by representatives of relevant parties.
