The Phuc Tho District Land Fund Development Center has just organized an auction of 13 plots of land in Doc Tranh area, Trach My Loc commune on September 16. The plots of land have the symbols DG44 to DG62 with an area of 108 - 129 m2, the starting price is all from 23.4 million VND per m2.
This auction had 140 registrations, corresponding to a ratio of nearly 11 applications interested in one plot of land. At the end of the auction, all 13 lots were successfully sold.
The auction results showed that the lots located on the provincial road all recorded high winning prices from 52.8-75 million VND/m2. For the lots located inside, the winning prices were lower, the lowest lot was 28.6 million VND/m2, a few million VND difference compared to the starting price.
The highest winning lot of 75 million VND/m2 has the symbol DG58 with an area of 127m2, equivalent to more than 9.5 billion VND.
Previously, on August 29, the land auction in Phuc Tho district attracted more than 650 applications and about 350 investors participated and was successful when all 39 land lots found owners. The highest winning price was recorded at 60 million VND/m2.
On September 10, the land auction in Phuc Tho district in three communes of Trach My Loc, Tho Loc and Xuan Dinh attracted nearly 200 people and more than 400 valid applications to participate.
The plots of land range in area from 97.1 to 162.9 square meters, with starting prices from 19.8 to 25 million VND/m2. The plot of land with an area of 127 square meters, coded DG26, had the highest winning price of 69.8 million VND/m2 (equivalent to about 9 billion VND). This price is about 10 million VND/m2 higher than the highest winning lot in the same auction area on August 29.
Notably, land plot DG58 in the auction on September 16 (winning price 75 million VND/m2) and DG26 in the auction on September 10 (69.8 million VND/m2) are both located on the provincial road, at the corner and opposite each other, however, after only 6 days, the winning price continued to increase by more than 5 million VND/m2.
Thus, in all 3 land auctions in Phuc Tho district from August 29 to now, there have been land lots in Doc Tranh area, Trach My Loc commune. The prices of the auctioned land lots have continuously set new records after each auction.
