The project to build a green park and square in the Duong Kinh District Administrative Center aims to renovate and upgrade the central urban area. At the same time, create a green space, serving the needs of rest, relaxation, entertainment, and sports for people in the district and neighboring areas.
The project belongs to group C, technical infrastructure works, level IV; area of about 35,025 m2. The items include leveling the ground; building a square, a park yard with an area of about 19,000 m2, a footrest with a construction area of about 71 m2. Along with that, install a 2-room public toilet (permanent mobile toilet), plant green strips and grass on an area of about 16,000 m2; complete the construction of technical infrastructure systems for rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, and lighting systems according to regulations.
The total investment of the project is more than 52.5 billion VND from the city budget and the district budget. The project implementation period is 210 days. Contractor of Loan Khai Construction Investment and Trading Company Limited.
The leader of Duong Kinh District People's Committee said that the program to build parks, flower gardens and trees in the district has 5 flower gardens and 1 park. Up to now, the district has completed 4 flower gardens. The project is a practical project to celebrate 70 years of Hai Phong liberation and Phuong Do Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2025.
The Chairman of the District People's Committee assigns the Land Fund Development Center and Management of the District Project closely with the People's Committee of Anh Dung Ward to publicize the project in accordance with the regulations for people to know and exercise the right to supervise. Consulting units, construction contractors deploy the construction of the project in accordance with the construction drawing design documents approved by competent authorities; comply with the regulations in the process of implementing the project, completing the bidding packages with the highest quality and progress, ensuring labor safety and urban environmental sanitation.
