According to An Thi commune (Hung Yen province), on July 14, the Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board paid compensation, support and resettlement costs to households whose land was recovered to implement the Investment Project to build infrastructure for Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park).
In this phase, 266 households in Danh Xa village were paid, including 265 households receiving compensation, support and resettlement money and 1 household receiving crop and flower support money, with a total cost of more than 179 billion VND.
Payment work is organized publicly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations by the Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board in coordination with specialized agencies and local Party committees and authorities.
Before payment, compensation, support and resettlement plans have been publicly posted, taking opinions from households to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of people whose land is recovered.
To make the payment process smooth, the Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board arranged forces to guide people to complete procedures, compare dossiers, confirm information and receive money according to the correct procedures. The payment took place safely and orderly, creating consensus among households.
The project to invest in building infrastructure for Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park) is one of the key projects of Hung Yen province, contributing to expanding the industrial development space, attracting investment, creating jobs and promoting local socio-economic development.
