Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province has decided to adjust the content of land allocation (in Decision 671/UBND dated March 23, 2015) to the Industrial Investment and Development Corporation - JSC (abbreviated as Becamex IDC) to implement Becamex social housing - Dinh Hoa area.
The content of the adjustment of Clause 1, Article 2 is: land allocation with land use fees collected with an area of 72.465 m2 of urban land. Of which, 485 m2 is land belonging to the road corridor.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong Province assigns the Department of Agriculture and Environment to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the organization of the land price determination to submit to the competent authority for approval; Direct the Land Registration Office to issue land use right certificates, own land -attached assets for Becamex IDC. At the same time, assigning the XVI Department of Taxation to identify and notify the relevant financial obligations as prescribed.

Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee requested Becamex IDC to pay land use fees and manage land use for the right purpose.
According to records, the Dinh Hoa - Thu Dau Mot City social housing project is a typical area built in 2015. Phase 1 has built about 3,700 apartments, and has so far created accommodation for about 7,000 low-income workers. Currently, Becamex IDC is continuing to build the next phase of social housing here.
