Binh Duong province allows Binh Duong Tourism Trading and Service Joint Stock Company to change the purpose of 18,482 m2 of land to urban land and land for entertainment and public areas.
The land for project implementation will be used until December 28, 2057. The price for calculating land use fees and land rents is implemented according to regulations.

According to records, the land for the project is about 25 hectares wide and has a prime location in Thuan An city. Although the project has been in place and approved for planning for more than 15 years, this area is still vacant, houses and residential areas have not been built yet.
