Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province has adjusted the land allocation decision due to adjusting the detailed planning to implement the investment project of Phu My Resettlement Area (belonging to Binh Duong Industrial - Service and Urban Complex) in Phu Tan Ward, Thu Dau Mot City.
Adjust the content of Decision No. 1468/QD-UBND dated April 7, 2006 for the land area of 338,661m2 due to adjusting the detailed planning to implement the investment project of Becamex IDC Phu My Resettlement Area.
In which, adjusting 62,657m2 of land use form is that the State allocates land with land use fees and land use purposes in urban areas;
Adjust 260,504m2, the form of land use is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees, the purpose of use is land for urban service works, land for waste treatment, land for community recreation areas and land for traffic works;
Adjust 15,500m2, the form of land use is that the State leases and pays land rent at one time for the entire lease term and commercial and service land use purpose.
Allocation of additional land of 26,382m2
Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee also decided to allocate 26,382m2 (phase 2) of land to Becamex IDC in Phu Tan ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province. Of which, 7,968m2 is urban land, the State allocates land with land use fees. The rest is land used for public purposes, traffic land, trees, and playgrounds. The term of use is until 2056.
Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments and branches to determine boundary markers and hand over land on site to enterprises. At the same time, calculate and collect land use fees.
