On August 8, information from the People's Committee of Nghe An province said that the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 97/QD-UBND on land recovery of Nghe An Tea Corporation Joint Stock Company in Con Cuong commune.
According to the decision issued on August 6, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee recovered 8,672.2m2 of agricultural land managed by Nghe An Tea Corporation Joint Stock Company in Con Cuong commune.
The reason for the recovery is that the land area belonging to the area of Nghe An Tea Corporation Joint Stock Company was retained according to the approved land use plan, but the enterprise did not directly use it, had a document agreeing to hand it over to the local management and was encroached upon and occupied.
The location and boundaries of the land area are determined according to Extract of cadastral map No. 334/2024/BĐĐC/VPĐKCNKS, certified by the Provincial Land Registration Office on October 3, 2024.
The People's Committee of Nghe An province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over the recovery and handover of land on the ground to the People's Committee of Con Cuong commune for management according to planning and legal regulations.
The People's Committee of Con Cuong commune is responsible for posting land acquisition decisions on the commune's electronic information portal; organizing the management of land funds, and at the same time inspecting and handling land violations against organizations and individuals if any.
The locality is also assigned to develop a plan for using the recovered land area according to regulations.
Nghe An Tea Corporation Joint Stock Company is responsible for handing over land and land use right documents to competent agencies and persons according to the land acquisition decision.
