On June 16, Dong Nai City People's Committee just issued a plan to implement compensation, support, and resettlement for the Riverside Smart City project in Dai Phuoc commune (North and South areas).
According to Dong Nai City People's Committee, based on the approved project planning boundaries, the project investor coordinates with the surveying unit, relevant units, individuals, and organizations whose land is recovered to carry out surveying, planting markers, determining land recovery boundaries, and preparing land recovery maps to hand over to the City Land Fund Development Center and its branches, Dai Phuoc Commune People's Committee to implement the project.
According to the plan, the implementation of inventorying and determining the origin of land and assets on land will be completed before August 14, 2026; preparing and submitting for approval compensation, support, and resettlement plans will be completed before August 31, 2026; organizing the payment of compensation, support, and resettlement arrangements will be completed before September 15, 2026; issuing decisions to recover land and receive land handover will be completed before October 31, 2026.
In which, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Dai Phuoc commune established groups to carry out mobilization and persuasion work to organize mobilization and persuasion for people whose land is recovered from June 2026 to September 2026.
Dong Nai City People's Committee requests each agency and unit to arrange forces throughout, with sufficient personnel; working overtime, on Saturdays and Sundays; rolling out each specific work stage daily and weekly. The head of the agency or unit must be primarily responsible for organizing the implementation of compensation and site clearance for the project according to this plan and handling regimes for civil servants, public employees, and employees according to regulations.
The riverside smart urban area project in Dai Phuoc commune (Northern area) has the commercial name Sunshine Rivernia Grand Marina.
The proposed investor is a joint venture of Sunshine R&D Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Dream House Joint Stock Company, Noblex Hub Finance Joint Stock Company and OKC Construction and Development Joint Stock Company.
The project has a total land use area of nearly 945 hectares, with an estimated population of nearly 129,000 people. Of which, the land area for housing construction of the project is nearly 223 hectares, and the preliminary total investment of the project is more than 463.416 billion VND.
The riverside smart urban area project in Dai Phuoc commune (South area) has the commercial name Sunshine Rivernia Finance & Tech Hub.
The investor's proposal is a joint venture of Sunshine Golf & Resort Joint Stock Company and Beta Land Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company with a total land use area of about 963 hectares, and an estimated population of more than 75,000 people. In which, the area for housing construction of the project is more than 105 hectares.
The project has a total preliminary investment of more than 354,508 billion VND.
The preliminary total investment capital of the 2 projects is 817. 924 billion VND.
