On June 24, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province decided to approve Tin Nghia Corporation Joint Stock Company (located at 96 Ha Huy Giap Street, Trung Dung Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province) to lease an area of 52,887.2 m2 of land (confirmed by the People's Committee of Nhon Trach District to complete compensation, support and site clearance) in Phuoc Khanh Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province.
According to the decision, the purpose of use is land in the industrial park, investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Ong Keo industrial park. The land use term until March 12, 2058 is the form of land lease, which the state leases land and pays annual fees (the land price for calculating land rent payable is VND 1,575,000/m2).
