On June 17, the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City publicly announced and prepared a dossier to propose an investment policy for the construction of social housing on a land area of about 0.74 hectares in Tan Hiep Ward, Bien Hoa City.
The location of the land plot is in plot No. 19, map sheet No. 22, Tan Hiep ward, Bien Hoa city with an area of 7,363.9 m2, of which 6,745.1 m2 is in the residential land planning and 618.8 m2 is in the traffic land planning.
Regarding planning standards, the project has a maximum number of floors from 20 - 25 floors, maximum construction density of 55%...
Previously, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province also agreed with the proposal of the People's Committee of Bien Hoa city on investing in a social housing project on a 0.74-hectare plot of land in Tan Hiep ward.
In addition to the above land, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province also agreed to implement social housing projects in Bien Hoa city by 2025, including:
The land has an area of 0.64 ha (land plot No. 50 with cadastral map sheet No. 29) in Tam Hiep ward;
The apartment land with an area of about 2.4 hectares belongs to the Residential Area project serving resettlement in Long Binh ward;
The land has an area of about 0.95 hectares (land plot No. 12 on cadastral map sheet No. 6) in Long Binh ward.
