The Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province has proposed a plan to auction land use rights for plot No. 130, cadastral map sheet No. 50, Trung Dung ward, Bien Hoa city (old Lido Theater).
The land plot with an auction area of over 2,000 m2 is commercial service land in urban areas (TMD) located adjacent to Vo Thi Sau Street, Cach Mang Thang Tam Street and Hoa Binh Hotel, assigned to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to manage, develop a plan, and organize an auction of land use rights.
Current status on the land still has works such as the main office building, warehouse, film distribution block, bang printing house, 5 kiosks, the theater that are no longer in operation. The value of assets attached to the land is determined to be nearly 3 billion VND.
The total investment capital of the project includes the starting price of the auction and the expected total construction investment. In particular, the starting price for the auction will be approved by the Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, with a total construction investment of about 486 billion VND.
