On April 7, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee just issued a plan to auction land use rights in Dong Nai province in 2026 and assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with departments, branches, and People's Committees of relevant communes and wards to focus maximum resources on completing relevant procedures to organize land use rights auctions, creating revenue for the 2026 budget for 73 land plots and land plots, with an area of about 324.5 ha.

Among the 73 land plots and land plots focused on auction, 32 land plots belong to the auction group for production and business purposes.

In addition, the province also focused on auctioning 41 land plots belonging to the group of land plots auctioned for residential land, urban areas, and residential areas.
These land plots are all expected to be auctioned in Q2/2026 and Q3/2026.
Currently, the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center has organized public information and invited interested investors; some areas have posted notices, and the remaining areas are completing procedures and site clearance.
Previously, on April 6, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut worked with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center on the results of the task implementation in the first quarter of 2026, the direction for the second quarter of 2026 and the requirement to quickly and effectively implement the plan that the province has issued. In the immediate future, it is necessary to clearly classify land areas that are sufficient and not sufficient to have a roadmap for implementation; prioritize focusing resources on potential areas that bring large revenues to the budget. Promote and widely introduce land areas included in the auction plan in 2026 to attract investors and create resources for infrastructure development, especially transport infrastructure.
In 2026, Dong Nai province has a total of 107 land plots in the auction plan. Among them, there are 7 land plots and land plots transferred from 2025; 73 land plots and land plots focusing resources on organizing auctions, creating budget revenue; 5 land plots and land plots focusing on site clearance to create clean land for auction in the third quarter; 2 land plots auctioned to put land into use to serve Long Thanh airport exploitation and 20 land plots that must implement compensation for site clearance to complete related procedures to implement land use right auctions.
