In official dispatch No. 2696/UBND-KTN, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son directed departments, branches, related units and localities in the province to focus on accelerating the progress of implementing land use right auction projects in the province.
Specifically, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested that for land use right auction projects that have ensured compliance with the approved zoning plan and fully meet the provisions of current law, it is allowed to complete legal procedures to organize land use right auctions to select investors according to the provisions of law.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Finance coordinate with relevant agencies and units to urge and guide the People's Committees of communes and wards, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and branches to urgently complete land allocation procedures, approve land use right auction plans, determine land prices and other related contents.
People's Committees of communes and wards review and summarize land use right auction projects being implemented in the province at housing area and commercial service area projects that have completed compensation and site clearance and are implementing compensation and site clearance. Develop specific implementation plans to organize land use right auctions.
Review and synthesize land plots managed by the State that have not been put into operation and use, including land plots belonging to urban area projects and residential areas that have completed technical infrastructure and handed over to local management; advise, propose, and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before April 8, 2026.
The Provincial Land Fund Development Center shall review and summarize land plots and projects that have been assigned to management and use by competent state agencies but have not yet organized land use right auctions; develop specific implementation plans to organize land use right auctions; advise, propose, and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before April 8, 2026.
