Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 National has just announced the temporary suspension of the organization of the land use right auction for 62 land plots in Cua Tham Area (phase 2), Tho An village, Lien Minh commune, Hanoi city, scheduled to take place on March 28, 2026.
This suspension is implemented according to the proposal in Document No. 57/BQL dated March 23, 2026 of the Project Management Board for Investment - Infrastructure of Lien Minh commune. According to the notice, the continued organization of the auction will be carried out in accordance with the law, after a decision from a competent authority.
For those who have purchased, submitted applications to participate in the auction and paid a deposit according to the time specified in Notice No. 140/2026/TB-ĐGS5 dated March 7, 2026 of Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National, they can choose to keep their applications and deposits to continue participating in the auction when there is a decision to reorganize the land use right auction session at the above 62 land plots.
In case of wishing to receive back the deposit, participants need to contact Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National to carry out procedures to return the deposited amount according to regulations.
It is known that the total area of 62 land plots is 4,445.4 m2, with the area of each plot ranging from 63 m2 to 88.1 m2. The starting price of land plots ranges from 20.9 million VND/m2 to 34.9 million VND/m2.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, with the auction method of raising bids.
