Phuc Dat Production and Trading Company Limited said that it is implementing the construction of the Phuc Dat Tan Uyen high-rise social housing project. The project is implemented in Phuc Dat residential area, Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
According to records, this is an area with many industrial production enterprises with a large number of workers. The project is also located near the expanded Nam Tan Uyen, Nam Tan Uyen industrial parks and VSIP industrial parks. Notably, there is no completed and operated social housing project in this area. Therefore, this project will have more housing options for workers, especially low-income workers.
According to the construction permit issued by the competent authority, the project will build 3 blocks of 18-storey building, 1 basement with a total of 936 apartments. Each apartment is built on average from 35 - 62 m2. In addition, the project has a 700 m2 kindergarten, a 744 m2 community activity area, a swimming pool and a garden on the 3rd floor, an 700 m2 sports area.

According to Phuc Dat Production and Trading Company Limited, the project will receive the purchase registration from September 2025, complete construction in June 2027, and plan to hand over the house in July 2027, and issue a red book by the end of 2027.
The expected selling price is about 17 million VND/m2, excluding 5% value added tax and maintenance fees. Thus, each 35 m2 apartment costs about 600 million VND.
When buying a house in this project, low-income workers will enjoy the loan policy of the Social Policy Bank and other cooperative banks.
