The Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province has just publicly announced a number of contents on the selling price and rental price of social housing at the social housing project for workers in Quang Chau commune, Viet Yen district (now Nenh ward, Bac Ninh province).
Accordingly, the project investor is Vega Investment Joint Stock Company.
The unit price for selling social housing (including value added tax, excluding maintenance costs) is: 17,285,000 VND/m2 (In words: Seventy million, two hundred and eighty-five thousand VND per square meter).
The unit price for renting social housing (including value added tax, maintenance costs) is: 106,000 VND/m2/month (In words: One hundred thousand six thousand VND on a square meter per month),
The above price is the basis for signing a contract for the sale and rental of social housing in the social housing project for workers in Quang Chau commune, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province (now Nenh ward, Bac Ninh province).
According to the reporter's investigation, the above project has the commercial name Vega Homes, located on an area of 42,965.9 m2.
Of which, there are 3 18-storey social housing apartment buildings. The number of social housing apartments for sale is more than 400.
The smallest apartment has an area of 26.3 m2, the largest apartment is 64 m2. Thus, the price of the smallest apartment in this project is 454 million VND/apartment.
Bac Ninh is the leading locality in the country in social housing development - according to the assessment of the Ministry of Construction.
According to the Prime Minister's 1 million social housing projects, Bac Ninh province is assigned to invest in the construction of at least more than 135,000 apartments for workers and low-income people.
According to the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province, there have been 71 social housing projects in the province with a total land area of about 255 hectares. When completed, the projects will meet about 9.12 million m2 of floor space with about 102,390 apartments.
Of these, 26 projects have been completed, 5 projects have been partially completed with a total of 20,726 apartments. The remaining 45 projects are being implemented; organizing compensation and site clearance for investment and construction.
