According to initial information, the fire broke out at around 6:30 p.m. on September 6 in the Diem Go Cau Duong Collective Housing Area (Viet Hung Ward, Hanoi).
The witness said that the burned factory was a place for the production of umbrellas, located near the Diem Go Cau Duong Generalments. A column of black smoke tens of meters high along with the fire engulfed many factories here.


At the scene, a column of black smoke rose tens of meters high, accompanied by a flame that lit up a corner of the sky. At the same time, a loud explosion was also heard in the fire.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hanoi Police mobilized officers, soldiers and vehicles to the scene to put out the fire.
The authorities have proactively cut off the power at Diem Go apartment complex to prevent incidents and ensure the safety of the people.
By nearly 9:00 p.m., the fire was basically under control. Initially, it was determined that there were no human casualties.
The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
