Stop auction of 55 land plots in Phuong Duc commune, Hanoi

Hanoi - Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the suspension of auctioning 55 land plots in Phuong Duc commune.

On March 19, Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company announced the suspension of organizing land use right auctions for 55 land plots in Ruong Cua Dinh area, Phu Doi village, Phuong Duc commune, Hanoi City.

The auction suspension is based on Resolution No. 66/11/2026/NQ-CP dated January 6, 2026 of the Government on handling difficulties and obstacles in auctioning land use rights; Official Dispatch No. 82/BTP-BTTP of the Ministry of Justice on implementing the resolution; Official Dispatch No. 3729/VP-NNMT dated March 7, 2026 of the Hanoi City People's Committee Office on reviewing the auction plan for 2026; and Official Dispatch No. 529/UBND-BQLDA dated March 18, 2026 of Phuong Duc Commune People's Committee on suspending auctions for the above 55 land plots.

Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company has notified customers who have registered to participate in the auction about stopping the auction organization according to the official dispatch of Phuong Duc Commune People's Committee.

For customers who have purchased documents and paid a deposit, the company will refund these amounts according to regulations.

According to the previous plan, the auction is expected to take place at 8:30 am on March 28, 2026 at the Hall of the Fatherland Front Committee of Phuong Duc commune. 55 land plots with a total area of 7,945.83 m2, starting price 3,577,000 VND/m2, with a total value according to the starting price of about 28.42 billion VND.
