Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 10 land plots, including plots from L01-21, L01-22 and from L02-01 to L02-08 in Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi city.
Land plots with areas from 96 - 153.3m2, starting price 11,315,000 VND/m2.
For round 1, the price step is 23,685,000 VND/m2, which is determined as a fixed difference. For rounds 2 and 3, the minimum price step is 200,000 VND/m2, which is determined as the minimum difference, without limiting the number of price steps.
The auction form is auctioning according to each land plot, by direct vote at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds. The bidding method is in the form of raising the bid; the starting price at the first auction round is approved by the People's Committee of Hat Mon commune. From the 2nd auction round onwards, the starting price is determined by the highest valid bid price of the immediately preceding round.
Time for selling and receiving bids from 8:00 AM on March 18, 2026 to 5:00 PM on March 31, 2026 (during office hours, except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
Locations for selling and receiving dossiers include: Headquarters of Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company and headquarters of Hat Mon Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board (Hat Mon commune, Hanoi City).
The auction session will be held at 8:30 am on April 3, 2026 (Friday) at the hall of the Hat Mon Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board. Auction participants need to be present no later than 30 minutes before the opening session to complete procedures.
On March 27, the auction of 10 land plots from L01-11 to L01-20 is expected to take place in Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi City. The total land area is 1,030.8m2, starting price is 11,315,000 VND/m2. The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on March 27, 2026 at the Hall of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hat Mon commune.
