On November 27, the Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee directed relevant agencies to urgently complete procedures for a series of projects with investment rates of many billions of VND in the area.
For the Phu Dong High-rise and Commercial Housing Complex Project of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Company, the province assigned the advisory agency to promptly complete the dossier, seek the opinion of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee Standing Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for consideration at the most recent meeting.
Regarding the investment project in the Se San Hotel area and surrounding areas, the People's Committee of Pleiku Ward was assigned to review and inherit the land acquisition plan for 3 households under the project scope of the previous Pleiku City People's Committee, to implement exchanges at appropriate locations.
At the same time, the ward must urgently approve the overall planning of the site and prepare a proposal for an investment policy, to be completed in November 2025. It is known that the land of Se San Hotel is located in the center of Pleiku urban area, a golden land abandoned for many years.

With the Pleiku Commercial, Service and Housing Center Complex Project at 15-17 Truong Chinh, Pleiku Ward continues to be assigned the task of completing the local adjustment of the zoning plan, approving the overall site and preparing documents to adjust the investment policy, also in November 2025.
For the Resort - Golf Course Complex Project in Ia Hrung and Gao communes, the Chairman of Gia Lai province agreed to initially implement project No. 1 with an area of 229.8 hectares in Ia Hrung commune.
After that, the Department of Finance advised the Provincial People's Committee to register the bidding list and submit it to the Provincial People's Council at the end of 2025 session. In particular, project No. 2 in Ia Hrung and Gao communes will continue to be considered after the overall assessment of the development of golf course projects in the province.
